Welcome to Range

At Range, we believe caring for your fascia is the key to effortless movement and lasting health. Whether you’re chasing peak performance, aging with strength, or coming back from injury, healthy fascia makes all the difference.

We start by melting adhesions that restrict movement and cause pain, restoring alignment and fluidity. Then, we layer in targeted strength and agility techniques. All our instruction helps you develop a home practice so that you can self-train and teach others. Your body is designed to move—it's time to reclaim that freedom.

What is fascia?

Fascia is a connective tissue network that creates tensegrity—a dynamic tension that allows different body parts to move as one. When adhesions form in one area of the body they create tightness and pain throughout the tissue network. In other words, tightness in your feet and calves can cause pain up the legs and torso and even into the head and neck.

Highly adaptable, fascia may be released to address pain and it may be realigned to strengthen the body's built-in recoil (like a pitcher’s throw, a batter’s swing, a catcher’s squat). Improving fascia health helps you move with greater ease, agility, and effervescence—at any age.

About Claire

I’m a certified Block Therapy instructor and lifelong hiker, having completed New Hampshire’s 48 4000-footers and stretches of the Continental Divide and Appalachian Trails. With more than 25 years of leadership in tech and marketing, I understand the demands of high-pressure careers. Sedentary work and caregiving for my parents left me with chronic pain and concern for my future mobility. Discovering fascia health brought me back to an active, pain-free life in little time. Through Range I help others reclaim strength and mobility so they can keep doing what they love.
